Terms of Use

1. The service

Carioca na Europa offers one-to-one career consulting and guidance on moving to Europe, as a 30-minute video call (Google Meet) booked through the website. The content is professional and informational guidance.

2. What we do not promise

We are not a law firm or an employment agency. We do not guarantee a job offer, an interview, a visa approval or any specific outcome. Immigration and employment decisions should be confirmed with qualified professionals and official bodies.

3. Booking and payment

Your slot is only guaranteed once payment is confirmed. When you start the payment, the slot is held for a limited time (about 30 minutes); without payment it becomes available again.

Payment is made through Stripe, by card or other methods shown on screen. The price is displayed before you confirm. You receive confirmation and the call link by e-mail.

4. Rescheduling and cancellation

These follow the Refunds and Cancellation policy, which is part of these terms.

5. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, attend on time and use the service in good faith. You may not record the session without prior permission, resell or redistribute the content, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

The brand, texts, materials and visual identity belong to Carioca na Europa. The consultation is personal and non-transferable; shared materials are for your own use.

7. Liability

We are responsible for delivering the service as required by law. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the guidance, nor for unavailability of third-party services (internet, Google, Stripe) outside our control, to the extent permitted by law and without affecting your consumer rights.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence, without prejudice to any rights your own country’s law grants you. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
