We don’t hand out job listings. We prepare you to win your own.

Carioca na Europa is consulting and mentoring only. Job boards are everywhere. What decides a hire in Europe is entering the selection process in the right country, with the right resume, and knowing how to answer.

  • A country chosen with the heart, not the profile

Each market values different fields, languages, and visas. Choosing wrong costs months.

  • A resume in the Brazilian format

European recruiters read results, not lists of duties. The screening happens before the interview.

  • Behavioral interviews without preparation

Big companies assess how you think and collaborate. Winging it rarely works.

  • Paperwork left for later

Visas, apostilles, and diploma recognition run on deadlines that set your departure date.

Which country fits your profile?

Four questions, under a minute. The result is a starting point for your consultation, not a final decision.

What field do you work in?

How much is left at the end of the month?

A quick estimate to compare your current salary with what you typically keep living in Europe. It doesn’t replace the consultation; it’s just a first calculation.

Your mentor has already walked this road

Looking for new opportunities, I moved to the Netherlands. The first months weren’t easy: without speaking English, I started out carrying tulips and sharing a house with Ukrainian refugees. When production slowed down, I had to start over from scratch. It was the period that taught me the most about resilience.

Soon after, I joined IDL Logistics, a major European logistics company. I spent almost two years learning every role in a warehouse and how to operate every machine. I went through Decathlon and then was hired full time by Tesla, where I worked for a year and started a logistics degree.

After that, I lived seven months in Switzerland, but the work hours didn’t fit the life we wanted. We came back to the Netherlands, where we now have a stable home and where I work at ASML, one of the largest technology companies in Europe.

My journey taught me to adapt fast, learn by doing, and never give up, no matter the country or the language. That’s what I bring to the mentoring.

Frequently asked questions

Does Carioca na Europa still post job openings?

No. Carioca na Europa is now exclusively consulting and mentoring. We teach you how to find, choose, and win the right openings for your profile.

Does the mentoring guarantee a job or a visa approval?

No. No serious mentoring program can promise that. What we offer is method, preparation, and support so you reach hiring processes with the best possible chances.

Do you provide legal immigration advice?

No. We offer guidance on routes and paperwork based on official sources and hands-on experience. When your case calls for it, we recommend you consult an immigration attorney.

Do I need a European passport?

No. A European passport simplifies the process a lot, but skilled professionals also have work-visa routes. The consultation determines which one is yours.

Does it work for any professional field?

The method works best for professionals with solid education or experience, especially in engineering, technology, data, industry, and business. Regulated fields, such as healthcare, require diploma recognition, and we evaluate them case by case.

How do the sessions work?

The consultation is a 30-minute video call on Google Meet, booked on the site. Group mentoring has meetings over six months. Everything is in Portuguese, on European or Brazilian time.
